Mixed ability Yoga classes are kept quite small to allow for individual attention and postures can be modified to ensure safety and care of students requirements. The classes are gentle and combine asanas (postures), breathing exercises and relaxation.

Fees: you can either choose to pay £54 per 6 week block or £10.00 per drop-in class. Booking essential.
Payment can be made via bacs transfer or cash.
Most people like to purchase their own mat however I have some available and provide yoga blocks. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm jumper, a blanket and socks for the relaxation. Yoga is ideally practiced on an empty stomach therefore it is advisable not to eat a heavy meal for about 2 hours before the class. If needed a small snack can be eaten beforehand.
